Terms of Service

By using kaystay.com, booking a stay, or entering a management agreement with KayStay, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Reservations & stays

Rates, availability, house rules, and cancellation policies are shown at booking and in your confirmation. Guests must provide accurate information, complete required check-in steps, and treat the property and neighbors with respect. Smoking, unauthorized parties, and illegal activity are prohibited.

Check-in & access

Self check-in details are provided through our secure portal after identity verification. Do not share access codes publicly. KayStay may enter the unit for emergencies, maintenance, or when required by law, with notice where practicable.

Payments & add-ons

Stay charges are processed through our booking partners or direct payment links. Optional concierge add-ons may be billed separately; quoted prices are confirmed before payment unless otherwise stated.

Owner partnerships

Management plans, fees, and revenue arrangements are defined in individual owner agreements. Marketing materials on this site are summaries only; signed contracts govern the relationship.

Limitation of liability

KayStay provides professionally managed accommodations but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a stay is limited to the amount paid for that reservation.
